Oversees the lifecycle of every manuscript in the system. Responsible for the "technical audit" phase, including rigorous plagiarism screening, scope verification, and template compliance.
Subject matter specialists who handle specific manuscript batches within their niche expertise. Their primary responsibility is to identify and invite elite peer reviewers and provide recommendations to the EIC.
A transparent, multi-stage process to ensure every manuscript is evaluated with the utmost rigor.
Secure ingestion into the GTS management portal. The Managing Editor conducts a multi-point technical audit, verifying plagiarism scores and scope alignment.
The Associate Editor identifies peer reviewers. This stage is governed by a strict Double-Blind protocol ensuring complete objectivity.
Authors enter an iterative feedback loop with the editorial board. Authors are required to submit a rebuttal letter along with their revised manuscript.
Final quality sign-off by the Editor-in-Chief. Following approval, the manuscript is assigned a permanent DOI and formatted for publication.
