Manuscript Preparation

Please ensure your manuscript adheres to the following structural requirements before submission.

Required Submission Files

Authors must upload a Full Manuscript File (containing all authors' information, affiliations, complete text, and graphical abstract) and a Cover Letter confirming originality and research significance.

Formatting & Structure

File must be in MS Word (.docx) or LaTeX format. Use A4 page size with 1.0 inch margins, a single 1-column layout, and Calisto MT font exclusively (Black for text, Blue for DOIs). Use single line spacing with a 1.27 inch first-line indent for paragraphs.

Title Page & Abstract

Article title must be 18pt bold centered. Author names must be 12pt bold centered with superscript affiliations. Abstract should be 150-250 words, fully justified, enclosed in borders, followed by 4-6 keywords.

Graphical Abstract & Structure

A Graphical Abstract is mandatory (min 531x1328 pixels) and must be included in the manuscript. The manuscript should follow the IMRAD structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

Publishing Ethics

GTS Press is a member of COPE and adheres to its principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.

The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable. GTS Press uses CrossCheck to screen all submissions.

Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data if practicable, and should in any event be prepared to retain such data for a reasonable time after publication.

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors.

Conflict of Interest

All authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence their work. A declaration must be included in the manuscript.

Publication Fees

GTS Press operates on an open-access model. Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable only upon formal acceptance. No submission fee is charged.

Submission Fees

No submission fee is charged. The APC is only applicable upon formal acceptance by the Editor-in-Chief. Fee waivers are available for eligible researchers.

On average, authors receive the first decision within 6-8 weeks of submission. The total time from submission to publication varies but typically averages 4-6 months.

Yes. GTS Press offers waivers and discounts for authors from low-income countries or institutions. Please contact our editorial office to discuss your eligibility.

We are currently undergoing the formal evaluation process for inclusion in major databases, including CrossRef, Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science core collections. Once the evaluation is complete, published papers will be indexed accordingly.
